Exercise for older adults can improve mental health, decrease the risk of falls, improve cognitive function, provide social engagement and boost your immunity!
BlueFit Health Club runs an exercise class best suited for those over 55 years old at BayFit Leisure Centre. A low impact exercise class that increases fitness levels through a range of exercises that work the entire body, strengthening muscles and bones. They run Monday – Friday at 8am and all levels of fitness are welcome.
