Have you visited us lately? We have made some upgrades to our gym facilities at BayFit Leisure Centre. The previous spin room has now been renovated into our new FX30 room to run high intensive group circuit classes, while our bikes have moved into their own room within the gym to run our Spin and RPM classes.
Want to know the difference between our RPM and Spin classes?
RPM is the indoor cycling routine 45-minute workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team and coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training. SPIN is similar to Les Mills RPM, it also runs for 45 minutes, however, our instructors have created their own playlist of songs and choreography to give you even more variety.
