October’s Top 5 BFit @ Home Workouts

Unfortunately we remain closed due to the State Government’s restrictions. At a time like this, we believe remaining active and engaged is important to our physical and mental wellbeing. It’s been an extremely tough time for most but we look forward to the day we can re-open our doors to our community.
