Introducing Good Boost – a new way to move, and feel better

If you're living with pain, managing a longterm condition, or simply finding it harder to move comfortably, this is for you. Good Boost is coming to BlueFit this April, and we think it could be a game changer.

What is Good Boost?

Good Boost is a therapeutic aquatic rehabilitation programme designed for people living with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, things like back pain, arthritis, joint pain, and osteoporosis. It's clinically developed, delivered in the water, and built around you as an individual.

Unlike a standard group fitness class, every participant has their own personalised programme, created by an AI system based on their condition and health goals. You follow your programme from a tablet at poolside, at your own pace, supported by a trained Good Boost facilitator. After every session, the programme adapts based on your feedback – so it genuinely evolves with you.

Is Good Boost for me?

Good Boost is designed for adults who are living with pain or a long term health condition that affects the way they move. You don't need to be a regular gym goer, you don't need to be able to swim, and you don't need a GP referral to join.

You might be the right fit if:

You live with back pain, arthritis, joint pain or osteoporosis You find mainstream fitness classes too fast-paced or intimidating
You’re recovering from injury or surgery and want a gentle, supported return to movement You want to improve your mobility, strength and balance in a welcoming, social environment
You’re on a waiting list for physiotherapy or other treatment You haven’t exercised in a while and want a confidence-building place to start

If any of these resonate, Good Boost was built for you. No experience needed. No judgement. Just a programme that works at your pace, in the water, with people who understand.

Come and find out more
