As part of our group fitness management process timetables will now be updated quarterly. We review our timetables quarterly and make changes aimed at increasing participation.
As such we may launch new programs such as pilates, yoga, functional training and more in January. We look forward to continuing to work with instructors to provide the best possible classes for all our members and patrons.
We will continue to use the ticketing system for classes to ensure we can track attendance and do not over book classes.
Your christmas timetables will be available from 15th November and the new group fitness timetable will be published in mid December and take affect in early January.
