To help you ‘sweat it out’ this summer season our team has updated the group fitness timetable!
The following are a range of classes that have been amended:
Thursday 7:15pm Spin will still run on a Thursday but now at 6:15pm.
We’ve also added the below classes:
Wednesday at 6:15am – Body Step
Wednesday at 9:30am – FX30
Thursday at 7:00pm – Virtual Yoga
Friday at 6:30pm – Virtual Yoga
All group fitness bookings must be made through the BlueFit Health Club app, which you can download via the App Store on your smartphone device. Classes will be available to book one week in advance to the scheduled time.
On public holidays, the group fitness timetable will be altered. All classes will be announced via our newsletter, website or on our social media pages.
For all further information about our Group Fitness classes please speak with one of our friendly staff members at reception.
Did you know that as a member you could have after hours access to our gym?
To gain access outside of staffed hours, members are required to complete a full induction, and will not be able to use the facilities otherwise. So make sure you don’t miss out during these holidays & complete your induction TODAY!
