A Fantastic Start to Good Boost

​If you’re living with pain, managing a long-term condition, or finding it harder to move comfortably, our new aquatic rehabilitation programme is now available. It’s already helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of their movement.

What is Good Boost?

This therapeutic aquatic programme is designed for individuals living with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions such as back pain, arthritis, joint pain, and osteoporosis. Delivered in the water, it’s clinically developed and tailored specifically to you.

Unlike a standard group fitness class, every participant follows a personalised routine. Using smart technology, your exercises adapt based on your condition, ability, and goals. You’ll be guided by a poolside tablet at your own pace, with support from a trained facilitator. After each visit, the software evolves based on your feedback, ensuring it continues to work with you as you progress.

Is It Right For Me?

The system is built for adults living with pain or long-term conditions that affect movement. You don’t need to be a swimmer, a regular exerciser, or have a GP referral to get started.

You might benefit if you:

  • Live with back pain, arthritis, joint pain, or osteoporosis
  • Find traditional fitness classes too fast-paced or overwhelming
  • Are recovering from injury or surgery and want a gentle return to movement
  • Want to improve mobility, strength, and balance
