As you might have seen, we have started works to transform the current stretch area into a spin room. We will soon be moving all the spin bikes from the group exercise hall to the new area and classes will then continue as normal.
These changes will allow for an exciting group fitness room upgrades which we can’t wait to show off! The back of the room will be equipped with functional training equipment to allow us to introduce FX30 classes. These classes will be at no extra cost to members and will be on the group fitness timetable from the 6th of January.
The FX30 class is a 30 minutes high intensity functional training class. We look forward to adding a new upbeat class to our timetable!
