Led by our inspiring instructor, Mahsa, this class takes a unique approach to fitness by focusing on stretching, balance, core strength, and low-impact exercises. Unlike high-intensity programs, Fit & Fabulous is tailored to meet the needs of participants with mobility challenges, making it a safe and empowering option.
