INSTRUCTOR SPOTLIGHT: Meet Sue!
Sue has been part of the BayFit team for over 10 years and brings extensive experience in Group Fitness. She holds qualifications in Les Mills BodyPump, BodyAttack, GRIT, Core, and is also a certified Pilates instructor and personal trainer.

At BayFit Leisure Centre, Sue teaches a range of classes including FX30, a 30-minute high-intensity session designed to build strength, endurance, and fitness in a short timeframe. Her classes include warm-ups, cardio, weights, and core work, with options provided for all fitness levels.
Sue enjoys the variety and challenge of each session and values the supportive atmosphere at BayFit. “It’s a great community to be part of, and I really enjoy connecting with members in each class,” she says.
