Women’s Health Week is Australia’s biggest event dedicated to the health and wellbeing of women and girls. This year’s theme, “Do it anyway,” is all about taking small, realistic steps toward looking after yourself, regardless of how busy life gets.
The Australian 24-Hour Movement Guidelines recommend that adults aim for 2.5 to 5 hours of moderate physical activity per week, along with two days of muscle-strengthening exercises.
Spotlighting Pelvic Floor Health
To help you move comfortably at every stage of life, BlueFit is teaming up this year with Heidi a leading physiotherapist and expert from Women’s Pelvic Health, to bring a crucial, often-overlooked topic into the spotlight: pelvic floor health.
Whether you’re a new mum getting back into movement or an avid runner wanting to stay strong, your pelvic floor is the foundation of it all. Heidi’s expert guidance aims to strip away the taboo, replace myth with science, and empower you with practical knowledge.
