To get the most out of your session, it helps to have someone who understands the grit and teamwork behind the gloves. Our trainer Deon brings his own previous boxing training history to the floor, and he is a huge advocate for the social side of the sport.

Deon loves the unique team and group effort it takes to get a truly great session in. For him, it’s all about the community atmosphere and everyone working together to push their limits and get fitter as one!

​No Partner? No Problem!

If you’re worried about finding a partner, we’ve got you covered. We’ll pair you with someone at a similar fitness level and who knows, you might even find a long term boxing buddy!

We also provide all the necessary equipment, including gloves and pads, so you can dive in right away. If you plan to attend regularly, we do recommend eventually investing in your own set of gloves for your personal comfort and convenience.
