BayFit Leisure Centre has proudly donated $9,600 to local animal rescue organisation All 4 Paws through its Get Fit Give Back campaign, supporting the group’s ongoing mission to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals in need.
Founder of All 4 Paws, Maryanne, and her loyal companion Maisy recently visited BayFit to accept the donation. The funds will be used to build a new whelping room, providing a safe, warm, and comfortable environment for rescue dogs and their puppies.
The new facility will enhance the care All 4 Paws can provide to vulnerable animals, giving puppies a secure start in life before they find their forever homes. The donation was made possible through the Get Fit Give Back initiative, a program run by the BlueFit Foundation that inspires members and the wider community to stay active while supporting local charities and causes.
The BayFit team expressed pride in supporting All 4 Paws, recognising the organisation’s vital role in helping animals across the Altona community. The collaboration reflects the strength of local partnerships and the positive impact that can be achieved when the community comes together for a shared purpose.
Construction of the whelping room will begin soon, and the BayFit team looks forward to visiting All 4 Paws once the project is complete.
