TeenFX a functional training program incorporating a wide range of equipment such as battle ropes, plyometric boxes and wall balls.

This program consists of a weekly 30-minute class specially designed for teens 13-17 years of age to improve overall fitness, get results and is a great way for teens to stay fit and make friends in a welcoming environment!
