Celebrate your child’s birthday with a no-fuss, imagine a hassle-free birthday party by the pool! Our Inflatable birthday parties are available every Sunday and Saturday.

Our parties are separated into two parts, the first one is a fun-filled hour on the pool inflatable. The second part is the serving of food brought to your reserved table. After eating, the kids can return to the water to continue playing!

With the Grand Final coming up at the end of September we want BayFit to catch Footy Finals Fever by inviting all of our BlueFit Swimming students and families to wear their favourite team guernseys on Saturday, September 28th.

AFL, NRL, or whichever football team you support more, come down dressed to represent your team!

With the warmer weather on its way, it’s important to remind parents how learning to swim is a life skill as drowning is one of the leading causes of death in children aged 0-4yrs old.

Choosing the right swim school for your child is as important as learning how to swim, not only does it provide great health benefits but it equips children with a skill for life! It increases children’s knowledge and skills for water safety and allows them to enjoy swimming safely.

Boot Camp is a group based outdoor training program focused on achieving personal results! It is an 8-week program where you can work through your own goals in strength and fitness while training hard in a team environment.

What is involved in the session?

Each Boot Camp week is different. We mix together functional training techniques with resistance equipment to give you the best workout possible.

During Boot Camp, you will familiarise yourself with battle ropes, tyres, sandbags, TRX equipment and resistance bands in a fast pace circuit that mixes high-intensity interval training (HIIT), Tabata and plyometric exercises. These exercises incorporated with our unique beach training sessions and fitness testing sessions makes the hour class more enjoyable to get through!

Can anyone do it?

It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is, anyone can participate in Boot Camp! If you do have any injuries or pre-existing medical conditions, please be sure to let your trainer know about them before your session.

During the 8 week Boot Camp term, Non-Health Club members can use our health club and participate in all group fitness classes provided they have attended their weekly session. Workout pass will start on 14th October – 7th DecemberTerms and Conditions apply.
